Abstract

The warehouses of the Armada de Colombia in previous years had small structures for storage and control of products, goods and services, which generated little use of them, since the lack of automation and efficient software application generated ignorance of stocks at the national level, causing the loss and waste of resources allocated by the state.
Therefore, it is important to consolidate a logistics center in the Colombian Navy in order to organize all the warehouses distributed nationwide in a single technology supported by logistics support software such as SAP, together with this is the structure Warehouse Management, made up of the RFID and Barcode system, providing flexible and automated support for the processing of goods and the maintenance of inventories in stock, monitoring picking and packing tasks.
