José Alberto Ledesma Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad
Autónoma del Caribe, with a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad del
Norte. He is a Minciencias associate and currently works as a full-time professor at Universidad
Autónoma del Caribe.
